45 Hour Post License Course Complete Package

Description
These courses are for licensed brokers in their FIRST renewal cycle who were issued a license number on or after November 1, 2021. You must have been issued your license prior to taking the exams for these courses and will not receive credit if operating on a 45-day permit. Final exam details will be provided during the class. All 45-hour post-license course exams will be administered online through Illinois REALTORS®. The courses that are included in the 45 hour post licensing program are: 15-Hour Risk Management Discipline (513001857); 15-Hour Applied Brokerage Principles (513001898) and 15-Hour Transactional Issues (513001895)

A $25 CE CLASS CHANGE FEE FROM ZOOM TO IN PERSON AND/OR BACK THE DAY OF CLASS WILL BE CHARGED. THE EXCEPTION IS WEATHER.

- DON’T EAT DURING THE CLASS – YOU WILL GET LUNCH AND BREAKS
- DON’T DO PRIVATE THINGS WHILE YOU ARE ON VIDEO
- STAY FOCUSED – DON’T BE DOING OTHER WORK WHILE ON VIDEO
- BE IN A PRIVATE PLACE, DON’T HAVE DOGS BARKING AND KIDS RUNNING THROUGH YOUR VIDEO
- BEHAVE LIKE YOU ARE PHYSICALLY IN THE CLASSROOM
- BE PREPARED FOR THE CLASS
- SPEAK CLEARLY AND DON’T SHOUT – THEY CAN HEAR YOU
- DON’T INTERRUPT OTHER SPEAKERS
- BE ON TIME
- USE THE CHAT FUNCTION IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION OR WANT TO SPEAK UNLESS OTHERWISE DIRECTED.

This course will take place every Saturday from March 16, 2024 - April 20, 2024. Classes will be held from 9:00am-4:30pm at our Shiloh office located at 1124 Hartman Lane or online via Zoom Webinar.
