MARIS Listing Status Changes Are Coming in August!

Beginning in August, MARIS will introduce important updates to its listing statuses. To help you prepare for these changes, the MARIS team will be here at SIBR for a live in person training session to explain what the updates mean and how they may impact your business.

As part of this update, the evolution of Seller Approved Marketing (SAM) will replace the current Office Exclusive status, introducing a new approach to marketing listings within the MLS.

We encourage all members who use the MARIS MLS to attend a training session.
