Join fellow peers for the Capitol Conference in Springfield, Illinois, a powerful day of advocacy hosted by Illinois REALTORS®, where members come together to engage with lawmakers, learn about key legislative issues, and represent the real estate profession at the state level. 

Transportation Details

For your convenience, SIBR will provide a charter bus for members who wish to ride together to Springfield.

Bus Departure: 8:00 AM

Pick-Up Location: SIBR Office - 1 Regency Plaza, Suite 400, Collinsville Illinois 62234

Return: Bus will drop riders back at the SIBR Office that evening

Bonus for Bus Riders:
Members who ride the bus will receive a new branded SIBR shirt as our thank-you for participating!

 No-Show Policy
Members who register for the Capitol Conference but do not attend will be charged a no-show fee. The fee is assessed by Illinois REALTORS? and billed to SIBR for collection. The no-show fee for 2025 was $70.
