Andrey is a licensed IL Home Inspector, licensed (IEMA) Radon Measurement Professional, Certified Mold Inspector, American Society of Home Inspectors - Certified Inspector, and National Institute of Building Inspector - Certified Inspector. He has been an RPAC Major Investor for over 10 years and is proud to be part of the real estate industry. He is a member of the IL Association of Home Inspectors, an Affiliate Member with Southwestern Illinois Board of REALTORS and St Louis Association of REALTORS, and a member of The American Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists (AARST). Andrey has been inspecting for 11 years and has personally inspected over 6 million square feet of both residential and commercial properties. He is currently working on his Instructor Certification with the Illinois Association of Realtors to provide educational courses in the Real Estate Industry. He enjoys teaching buyers/sellers about their property and making sure they are educated and informed decision makers.
