Join us for this in person only informational solar seminar that equips real estate licensees with the practical knowledge and tools needed to guide clients through the sale or purchase of homes with solar energy systems. Participants will learn to identify different types of solar ownership, evaluate system documentation, understand solar valuations, and recognize the role of solar inspections in the transaction. Common solar-related issues and risks will be addressed, along with guidance on timelines, disclosures, and the transfer process. 

 The goal of this seminar is to: 

• Simplify solar and explain how it impacts real estate transactions
• Help agents understand solar ownership, documentation, disclosures, and valuation
• Provide a repeatable structure for helping sellers successfully list solar homes
• Offer a clear path for helping buyers transition into solar homeownership
• Minimize client surprises and escrow delays caused by solar-related issues
