David L. Perry, MBA, MPA is the Managing Broker for Premier Agent Network, where he oversees operations across Texas, Ohio, Indiana, Illinois, Missouri, Alabama, and Rhode Island. With more than 40 years of experience as a real estate broker, David provides strategic leadership to a network of over 300 agents and maintains membership in more than 50 real estate boards and MLS systems nationwide.


David has built a distinguished career in commercial and residential real estate, with extensive experience in land development, site acquisition, leasing, and commercial property management. He has a proven track record of leading large teams, developing real estate professionals, managing complex transactions, and driving growth across multiple markets.


In addition to his leadership with Premier Agent Network, David also serves as Director of MSC Commercial in Sarasota, Florida, a division of Michael Saunders & Company. In this role, he brings decades of experience in commercial real estate, team development, and brokerage operations.


Previously, David served for more than 12 years as National Director of Real Estate for Terra Realty Group, where he led the development and lease-up of neighborhood strip centers ranging from 6,000 to 30,000 square feet. His responsibilities included identifying prime retail locations, negotiating leases, and overseeing project presentations to local governments.


His additional career highlights include serving as Site Acquisition Manager for Retail Site Experts, LLC, where he identified sites for and managed 7-Eleven convenience store developments throughout Florida; Director of Land Services at Mainstreet Realty, where he oversaw the site selection and development of 36 senior care facilities valued at $15–20 million each; and Vice President of Real Estate Development at Baldridge Real Estate, Inc., where he managed development projects across state and international boundaries for brands including Walgreens, Rite Aid, AutoZone, and various QSR concepts.


David’s background in large-scale project management, site selection, contract negotiation, and execution of complex real estate deals continues to strengthen Premier Agent Network and support its growth across multiple states.
