SIBR Primary REALTOR® Membership Application

Thank you for your interest in membership with Southwestern Illinois Board of REALTORS® as a REALTOR® Member. 

Primary Members: To begin, select “REALTOR® Applicant (prorated monthly)” 

Secondary Membership: To begin, select only "Secondary REALTOR® Application, as your lockbox will remain with your primary association.

Membership Applications will not be processed until full payment is received. Partial payments will not be accepted. Joining fees are pro-rated on a monthly basis to New Members Only.

MARIS is your required MLS, while MRED is an additional option based out of northern IL (Chicago area). Please call the office to request the MRED application.
