About

William Frost is the co-founder of Evergreen Property Inspectors a commercial and residential inspection company serving the Greater St. Louis Region.

He has been a home inspector since 2017 and is an active member in the real estate community on multiple real estate boards and teaches real estate CE courses in Missouri and Illinois. 

He brings thirty-five years of construction and operations management experience and when he is not in the field performing commercial or home inspections he is helping with marketing, training and operations efficiency for his multi-inspector firm.

He grew up in the Saint Louis region and after proudly serving in the US Navy as an electronics technician he returned to the area where he obtained his Bachelors in marketing and Master’s degree in information technology. William holds numerous designations including; ASHI Certified Inspector 248064 (ACI). Certified Master Inspector (CMI) through InterNACHI. Illinois Home Inspector License 450011974. Licensed Radon Measurement Professional RNI2018227 and member of the Midwest American Association of Radon Scientists and Technologists as well as ASTM International. Member of the Illinois Radon Task Force
