45 Hour Post License Course Complete Package (August 27, 2024 - September 11, 2024)

Description
These courses are for licensed brokers in their FIRST renewal cycle who were issued a license number on or after November 1, 2023. You must have been issued your license prior to taking the exams for these courses and will not receive credit if operating on a 45-day permit. Final exam details will be provided during the class. All 45-hour post-license course exams will be administered online through Illinois REALTORS®. The courses that are included in the 45 hour post licensing program are: 15-Hour Risk Management Discipline (513001857); 15-Hour Applied Brokerage Principles (513001898) and 15-Hour Transactional Issues (513001895)
